Visual Communication Consultants is a Broome based business, established in 2014.
We have helped and advised countless clients to communicate with deaf and complex communication needs people.
Michelle Lewin, the face behind Visual Communication Consultants, has a personal connection to deaf people. She grew up with her deaf foster brother and witnessed the difficulties he faced with communication.
Together with her sister and her brother, they learnt what they could so they could communicate with each other.
This experience has influenced Michelle to become a passionate and caring trainer!

Visual Communication Consultants began working with us for our little girl because her language is delayed.She can hear and understand but couldn’t communicate with us beyond basic gestures and limited verbal.
The freedom that Key Word Sign gave her meant she could communicate her feelings, ideas and thoughts. Signing gave her verbal context so that we could model the words she was trying to say and build on her verbal language. Thank you Michelle.
